Belinda leads the legal team at Lloyds Banking Group that advises on AI, digital transformation, mobile banking apps, branding, and data governance. She sits on the UK Finance AI Policy Committee and is a recognised thought leader on ethical AI and regulatory strategy. Prior to moving in-house, Belinda was a Technology and Data partner at two City law firms and has over 20 years' experience. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and holds LLM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM certifications.
