                                                    Emma Lovett leads part of the Markets Digital Assets team at J.P. Morgan. Her team is actively working on developing capabilities to drive the evolution of distributed ledger technology (DLT) and blockchain-based assets within Markets where it complements existing frameworks and supports clients’ needs.
Emma is also Co-Chair of the International Capital Market’s Association (ICMA)’s Fintech and Digitalisation Committee where she spearheads the discussion and advancement across digital and AI.
Prior to her current role, Emma was Head of EMEA Deal Management for Fixed Income New Issues (Syndicate) at J.P. Morgan and has worked at J.P. Morgan for over 20 years with 15 years in the Primary Markets business.
As well as Digital Assets, her areas of expertise span the lifecycle and operational components of new issuances including Technology, Regulation, Legal and Compliance, internal procedures and settlement of bonds on both the Issuer and Investor side.
