Jacques is the Team Leader of the TPT Secretariat. He is also Head of Policy at the UK Centre for Greening Finance and Investment and Group Policy Lead at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group, and Senior Associate at E3G with a focus on sustainable finance. Jacques is on secondment from the UK Cabinet Office, where he mostly recently led on green finance and private finance mobilisation in the COP26 Unit, working with financial institutions and governments to drive action and underpin the Glasgow Climate Pact. Jacques has held numerous leadership roles across the UK Civil Service, including advising the Prime Minister and Cabinet Secretary as part of the Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat.
