Andy Riley leads the Offshore Wind Development team in Crown Estate Scotland, looking after all aspects of the offshore wind sector (including agreement management, supply chain issues, enabling activities and engagement with the sector as a whole). He has been active in the renewables space, both domestically and internationally, for c.25 years. The last 10 years have been focussed on offshore wind, firstly in project development and latterly with The Crown Estate/ Crown Estate Scotland. Andy played a leading role in developing both the ScotWind and INTOG leasing rounds in Scottish waters, yielding 32 projects with total potential capacity of c.34GW. He sits on the boards of both the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council (SOWEC) and the Offshore Wind Industry Council (OWIC).
