Erica joined Scottish Natural Heritage now NatureScot in 1995 and have worked in operational roles in Kintyre, Dumfries and Galloway before moving to national roles based in Perth. She set up our marine energy casework team and have been leading on marine energy since 2009 which includes offshore wind, tidal stream, oil and gas, wave as well as associated cabling. I have also worked on ports and harbour developments. She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has been nominated part of the 2024 cohort The Planner Women of Influence.
