Colin has over 30 years’ experience in structuring and arranging energy and renewables project finance - both as adviser, debt provider and equity investor. Colin started his career in Sumitomo Bank as a project finance lender before moving on to take a leading role in project finance in institutions such as PwC, Shell, and latterly Siemens Bank where he led the project finance team covering the UK, Middle East and Africa. He joined UKIB from Siemens Bank in the spring of 2023.

Colin’s experience encompasses all aspects of green and brownfield project finance and all stages of development across renewables, energy transmission, storage, transportation, social infrastructure, ports, airports and conventional energy. At UKIB Colin currently leads the bank's activities in the wind, ports, heat networks and nuclear sectors.
