Dr Amonya has led the appraisal and evaluation of infrastructure programmes and projects across the world. He has worked with all the leading MDBs and bilateral development agencies. He views the infrastructure space as a dynamical system excited by climate change, PPP, and the fourth industrial revolution (4IR). And he frames that complex space in his advisory work as well as lectures to graduate schools, mainly in the UK and Africa. For four years, he chaired the committee on transport systems economics of the World Road Association (PIARC). He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow CIHT and holds a PhD in policy science.
