After studying Classics & Modern Languages at Oxford University, Sarah spent a decade in Financial Services, becoming a Senior Investment Manager and one of the youngest female directors at Baring Asset Management.
A passion for community and a desire to connect people inspired Sarah to found Really Helpful Club, a community for positive and open-minded people, a place to share advice and connect with others. She envisioned a supportive network where people could access trusted resources, share experiences and make valuable connections on their journeys through life.
Almost 10 years on, Really Helpful Club has grown into a unique network, a vibrant and collaborative community of well over 17,000 predominantly female members, which supports each other in our personal and business lives at every age and every stage in life. Members have access to a trusted directory of experts and inspiring events in areas from health and mental and financial wellbeing to career building and entrepreneurship.
Sarah also Chairs Merton Chamber of Commerce and is an active fundraiser for NSPCC Childline and Cancer Research UK. She lives in Wimbledon, has two teenage children and enjoys cold water swimming, playing tennis, golf and sailing and spending time outdoors with her family.
