Jennie specialises in Risk Management and is currently the Head of Operational Risk Oversight & Assurance at Paragon Banking Group. Jennie’s career has has undertaken a range of roles from Credit Risk, Risk Transformation projects to risk assessments for demonstrating compliance to CRD IV and remuneration principles and lastly Interim Head of the Chief Risk Officer’s office.
Jennie is part of the Executive Board of Women in Banking & Finance, where she founded and now Co-Chairs the regional branch in Birmingham and has gone on to grow regional branches in Manchester, Belfast and soon to be Norwich/East of England.
In addition, Jennie balances her career alongside a Non-Executive Director role for the NHS North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust along with a range of volunteer work which includes mentoring with the Prince’s Trust, supporting young people to succeed and achieve their full potential, trustee for the charity Only A Pavement Away who support people facing homelessness, prison leavers and veterans into careers within hospitality.
