Neeta is a senior executive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to driving business outcomes with over 22 years of financial services technology and consulting experience.
Over the years, she has performed various roles ranging from building platforms, delivering large-scale transformation programs to top banks and insurance companies, outsourcing, management consulting to heading regions. She has managed P&L (and large teams-400-500 people) to build successful, profitable and scalable business units and led strategic mergers & acquisitions.

At Salesforce she is a Financial Services Transformation Leader focused on driving growth and innovation. Besides her full-time role at Salesforce, Neeta is non-executive director and on the board of Women in Banking and Finance . She is very passionate about technology disruption, transparency in financial services, financial literacy for women and appears in various panel discussions. She is an angel investor in fintech start-ups and is particularly interested in women led fintech start-ups.
