Olivia Larkin is the Head of Skills and Workforce Policy at the City of London Corporation. Her work focuses on skills gaps and workforce issues facing the financial and professional services sector in the UK. Many of her team’s projects bring industry together with government and third sector to address skills issues in the sector. She has worked on various short and long term projects addressing skill issues including socio-economic diversity, sustainability skills and decarbonisation, the impact of AI on the workforce, gender diversity in tech and other areas.

Olivia’s background is in ESG and tech for good. Previous to her current role, she worked as Chief of Staff to Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web. Previously Olivia worked for over 4 years at a leading Toronto-based social impact consulting company where she managed the development of corporate social purpose strategies for both businesses and non-profits.
