Sarah is a senior HR leader, currently Group HR Director at Bovill Newgate. Sarah has spent 25 years working in professional and financial services in organisations including Aldermore Bank, Parker Fitzgerald (now part of Accenture), Capco, Deutsche Bank and Brevan Howard.
Having established and led people functions in global banks and large corporates, Sarah’s more recent work has been within ambitious founder-led SMEs. Sarah partners and advises CEOs and their leadership teams on how to drive business results by attracting, retaining and engaging the best talent.
Sarah is expert in managing transformation and integration post-acquisition and restructure.
Sarah believes the best strategy for growth is to embed a strong culture of positive behaviours, where every person feels able to collaborate, thrive and contribute to making their workplace a great place to work.
Sarah is CIPD qualified with an MSc in Organisational Psychology & Psychiatry from King’s College, London.
Sarah is also a trustee for Thames Valley Air Ambulance. She lives in Oxfordshire, has two children and enjoys swimming, rowing, warm-water scuba diving, gardening and spending time outdoors with her family.
