With a distinguished career in finance and as one of the youngest female equity sales managers, Marika has a proven ability to drive organisational structural and cultural change. She has tackled organisational challenges such as employee turnover, political tensions, and leadership capacity, whilst promoting a balance of efficiency and humanism.
Marika is a results-orientated change agent who advocates for a system change towards collaboration and inclusive values, fostering sustainable success and reshaping organisations across the financial industry. As an angel investor, she supports early-stage sustainability and ESG companies and serves as a trustee of the Ubunifu Initiative in Kenya.

She founded ConsciousLeadership.org 10 years ago with the vision to elevate humanity through business and business through humanity.
Marika is an angel investor for 15+ years in early stages companies under the umbrella of sustainability and ESG in sectors such as retail, biotech and hospitality.
She supports global charities and is a trustee to Ubunifu Initiative, a CBO in Lamu Island, Kenya where she regularly organises retreats that combine awakening of consciousness and positive impact on the society and the environment, and where she conducts research into Equity and Inclusion.
