For the last 31 years I have worked in the talent acquisition industry, initially on the agency side before moving into executive search, in-house and latterly in RPO.

In 2007 I joined the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games & Paralympic Games (LOCOG) as Head of Recruitment. I was instrumental in delivering a diverse workforce as well as ensuring that we met our employment and skills targets in the Olympics host boroughs. I received a British Empire Medal in the Queen’s New Year’s honours list 2013 for services to the Olympics and Paralympics.

I joined AMS in February 2014, initially leading on our large client account teams including Rolls-Royce, Santander and Credit Suisse. At the beginning of 2022 I established our DEIB COE – with responsibility for delivering our internal DEIB strategy as well as ensuring that we are delivering DEIB centric solutions to our outsourcing clients.
