Karis is the Director of the Culture, Talent and Inclusion team at The Investment Association (IA) and is a member of the IA management team. Her team leads the people advocacy and policy agenda responsible for shaping policy, implementing industry-wide programmes, and advising members on good practice.

Karis is also the Managing Director of Investment20/20, the investment management industry’s multi-award-winning talent solution. Investment20/20 collaborates with members to drive a forward looking, responsible and inclusive investment industry that attracts, develops and retains talented people from all backgrounds. Under her leadership, they have supported over 2,800 young professionals from a range of backgrounds to start their investment management careers by taking an industry-wide approach, engaging with broader communities, and providing access to a large network of investment firms.
