She is currently the Global Head of Risk Management Frameworks & Enhancements for HSBC, ensuring the approach to Risk Management for the organisation is clear, understood and remains up to date with the ever-evolving risk landscape.

Caoimhe previously led the establishment and management of the second line function for capital and liquidity activities, as part of the Treasury Risk department. Initially Caoimhe joined the Graduate programme with RBS in Dublin into the Credit Risk function. Following these roles Caoimhe returned to Dublin to use her First Class Hons BSc in Mathematical Science to head up model development for IRB and application models.
