Driven by purpose, potential, innovation and better outcomes for business, government and community, Mary is the CEO of Business in the Community, The King’s Responsible Business Network, to create a fairer and greener world.
She started her career with Accenture, ABN AMRO and NatWest Group. She then served as a Member of Parliament in London, was an advisor to Ministers across government, on the UK leadership team at Korn Ferry and more recently chaired the global Board Practice at August Leadership.
Mary is Chair of the UK Government’s Women’s Business Council, represents the UK on the G20 Empower Alliance and is an advisory board member of auticon UK and a trustee of Career Ready.
