Speaker Bio
For the last 32 years I have worked in the talent acquisition industry, initially on the agency side before moving into executive search.
In 2001 I moved in-house and joined Barclays and over the next 5 years held a number of senior roles, culminating in Head of Resourcing for the Retail Bank.
In 2007 I joined the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games & Paralympic Games (LOCOG) as Head of Recruitment. I was instrumental in delivering a diverse workforce as well as ensuring that we met our employment and skills targets in the Olympics host boroughs. I received a British Empire Medal in the Queen’s New Year’s honours list 2013 for services to the Olympics and Paralympics. It was during this period that my passion for Diversity Equity and Inclusion developed.
I joined AMS in February 2014, initially leading on some of large client account teams including Rolls-Royce, Santander and Credit Suisse. Five years ago I assumed responsibility for AMS’s internal hiring function as well as establishing the firm’s first DEIB (Diversity Equity Inclusion Belonging) function. At the beginning of 2022 I established our DEIB COE in the Innovation function – with responsibility for our internal DEIB strategy as well as ensuring that we are delivering DEIB centric solutions to our core outsourcing clients.
