Mustafa Latif-Aramesh is a Legal Director, and Parliamentary Agent at BDB Pitmans LLP, an infrastructure specialist law firm. He has advised on a number of nationally significant infrastructure projects, including the Hinkley Point C Connection, the Able Marine Energy Park, Horizon’s Wylfa Newydd Nuclear Power Station proposals as well complex major infrastructure projects such as the Lower Thames Crossing, and the expansion of Luton Airport. He acts for private sector and public sector developers in ensuring innovative, timely and flexible consents. His legal advice covers planning consenting including environmental assessment, permitting, regulatory and legislative advice for nuclear projects, nuclear waste disposal and related development. Mustafa was recommended by a Panel of the House of Lords and House of Commons to be appointed as a Parliamentary Agent in 2021.
