Estelle is an entrepreneurial leader with 20+ years of experience leading PMOs on Major Projects, on multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams, with subject matter expertise and recent experience in Environmental Management, Technology and Innovation.

As a consultant she has an interest in ESG research and participates at industry level to support demand an awareness building; she is driven and likes to strategically implement ESG at all level - ESG is more than attracting investors.

Since 2015 she has given back to the industry as a committee member at the London Branch, in the Risk and Governance Special Interest Group (SiG) with Association for Project Management (APM) developing standards and sharing best practices.

In 2019, she become the Chair of APM - Women in Project Management (APM WiPM) she led the Women in Project Management conference and various initiatives to inspire Women to choose Project Management as a career.

In 2020, She became the chair of Friends of Nuclear Energy (FoNE) to support nuclear power and act and promote its benefits across all industries and academia. FoNE believe that nuclear power will play a necessary role in tackling the climate crisis and can provide a breadth of benefits beyond clean electricity.

In 2022, she joined Project Management Institute (PMI) an international organisation as the Women in Projects Workstream lead.

As Conference Director for 2 consecutive years she delivered Women in Projects Conference bringing over 700 participants together year one with the pan-Europe PMI UK, and year two extending the invitation to 14 countries to work together and promote equality, equity and improve gender balance on the project. Contributing in part to the 17 UN SDGs.

She is driving equality of opportunity, creative thinking, and cognitive diversity in all organisations she is working with. She enjoys attending events and sharing her passion.
