Rafał Kasprów is the CEO of Orlen Synthos Green Energy and Synthos Green Energy. Moreover, he is a member of the board of BWRX Europe. He also serves on the boards of other companies involved in nuclear project implementation. For almost two decades, he was a Managing Partner of a private consulting firm advising companies in the energy, fuel, telecommunications, and raw materials sectors, including PKN ORLEN, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, Mercuria Energy Trading and others.
