Adrian is a career banker with almost 20 years in the industry. Over his time at Lloyds Banking Group, he’s enjoyed leading a variety of Payments focussed functions either in the business or the second line of defence. This has included running back office operations, programme delivery, leading operational risk & compliance functions, and risk oversight of strategic change (with focus on technology and data). Adrian is also passionate about the difference people make in business and leads the people agenda for his wider business unit. He recently completed his MBA and is a Chartered Manager. He’s proud to support his local community as a cub leader and rugby coach for his local under 11s team.
