Anil is a senior leader in Risk Management at Visa, with over 20 years of experience in financial services having worked at GE Capital, Paysafe and Visa. He has a strong track record in managing complex risks, leading high-performing teams, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance consumer experience and operational excellence. Anil leads the Risk supervisory, strategy and commercial functions at Visa. In his role, he is accountable for regulatory relationships across the UK & EU, ensuring responsible business through management of business risks and leading the risk growth strategy for Visa Europe. In addition, Anil is currently Interim Head of Corporate Risk in Europe.
Beyond his core expertise in risk, Anil is deeply committed to leadership development and workplace well-being.
