Sasha Wiggins is Chief Executive of Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management, a position she has held since February 2024. She is also a member of Barclays Group Executive Committee.
With over 20 years’ experience at Barclays, Sasha has held a number of leadership roles across the Group. She was appointed Chief Executive of Barclays Bank Ireland in 2015, was the Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Executive from 2018, and later joined the Group Executive Committee as the Group Head of Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility in 2020.
Sasha chairs the Invest for the Future Campaign, a multi-year industry-backed campaign launched by the Government in 2025. She serves on the Board of the UK Investment Association and the PRA Practitioner Panel. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment and a trustee of Grief Encounter, a national charity supporting bereaved children and young people.
