Tiffany is Head of DB, LGPS and Investment at Pensions UK. She first joined Pensions UK in February 2018. She is an economist and pensions policy specialist with over 20 years of public policy experience. She currently sits on various advisory boards as an advisor, including for the Scheme Advisory Board for the LGPS in England & Wales, the LGPS Pensions and Private Capital Panel for UK Private Capital, and for a multi-year Gender Pensions Gap research project. Prior to Pensions UK, she worked at the Association of British Insurers (ABI), with a focus on the UK retirement market and tax relief. She has led programme evaluations and labour market research for The Work Foundation. As a Research Officer at the London School of Economics (LSE), her work included analysing consumption patterns, national taxation levels and inequalities. For Euromonitor International, Tiffany published reports on emerging markets’ business environments. Tiffany has an LSE MPA in Public and Economic Policy and an International Studies Bachelor’s from Vassar in her native New York.
