Babs Akinkugbe is the Technology Platform Director for the Investments Platform within the Pensions, Insurance, and Investments division of Lloyds Banking group. He provides strategic leadership across large scale digital transformations, with a focus on strengthening organisational culture, embedding accountable leadership, and ensuring resilient, customer centric delivery.

Babs also contributes to industry wide skills development through national technology skills advisory initiatives and active engagement with the Financial Services Skills Commission, supporting programmes that enhance digital capability and future readiness across the financial services sector.
