Kshitija Joshi has 25+ years of experience in the field of Data Science across a number of top global companies including GE, Amazon & now Nomura. She holds a double Masters in Economics & a Ph.D in Finance from some of the top universities in India. She holds the distinction of having worked for across government, academia and corporate sectors.
In her current role at Nomura she heads the AI & Data Governance Solutions team. The solutions team that she heads, partners with the AI/Data governance teams to bring frameworks to life by ensuring testability using data.
Additionally she is passionate about institutionalizing data culture within Nomura & leads the development of AI training pan-Nomura. She is also a mentor to young talent aiming to specialize in the area of data & technology.
