Ben Turner is the Head of AI Governance at TP ICAP Group, the world's largest inter-dealer broker and a global leader in financial markets infrastructure. Since joining the firm in 2019, Ben has spearheaded the development and orchestration of its comprehensive technology, information, and cyber risk policies and standards framework. He brings over two decades of technical and leadership experience across financial services to the role.

Starting in January of this year, Ben assumed a newly focused role driving TP ICAP’s Group-wide AI Governance strategy. In this capacity, he leads the implementation of the firm's AI governance framework, ensuring compliance with evolving standards and establishing robust, responsible AI practices.
