Phil Linnard leads the Slaughter and May employment team, and advises across all aspects of employment, incentives and remuneration matters. He focuses on matters involving the conduct, appointment and termination of senior executives of listed and non-listed companies in sensitive circumstances and the corporate governance aspects of executive remuneration.
Phil has significant experience advising clients on the conduct of workplace investigations. He has recently advised a global banking and financial services company, a FTSE 100 company, an international healthcare services company and a multinational technology company on their investigations of employee grievances and on cases involving misconduct, harassment and discrimination allegations. Phil is a contributing editor for IEL’s Guide to Workplace Investigations.
Phil also advises regularly on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, reorganisations and restructuring matters, and outsourcings and other commercial contracts.
