Nick is a partner in the Employment practice. He has particular expertise advising on employee disputes (including litigation and contentious exits) and investigations, especially in the financial services sector.

Nick has assisted a number of clients with their SMCR implementation projects, as well as ongoing compliance with their regulatory obligations. He also regularly advises clients on matters at the intersection of employment law, DE&I and the SMCR – whether in relation to conduct rule breaches, assessments of fitness and propriety, investigations into non-financial misconduct, and defending claims by employees who have been disciplined or terminated for conduct-related issues.

With a keen interest in DE&I, Nick is an active member of Linklaters’ LGBT+ and social mobility networks, and also contributes to the firm’s pro bono programs.
