Rachel leads the Linklaters global ESG practice. She has deep expertise and exceptional breadth of experience advising on existing and incoming ESG regulation and soft law standards, ESG strategy and disclosures, sustainable finance products and frameworks, ESG governance and risk management and on stakeholder activism, litigation risk and crisis management. She also has market-leading experience in relation to the development and disclosure of transition plans.

Rachel represents the firm as an advisory board member of the Policy Liaison Group on ESG and was previously a member of the UK Government’s Green Technical Advisory Group. Recently, she received the ESG Champion of the Year award from Legal 500, was named one of the Fifty Most Influential in Sustainable Finance for 2023 by Financial News, and was acknowledged as a leading advisor on ESG matters in The Lawyer Hot 100 list.
