• In a subdued UK M&A market, our London corporate team advised on M&A transactions totalling US$28.8 billion, ranking 5th in Bloomberg’s 2023 Global M&A Legal League Tables for UK Announced Deals by volume (2022: 23rd);
• The firm was awarded Finance Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2023; and
• The UK disputes team is handling matters with a combined value exceeding £5 billion, including major class actions, competition disputes, and commercial arbitrations.
