Sarah Winne, Associate Technical Director, Climate Risk & Adaptation, Arcadis

Sarah is the technical lead for climate risk services within the Sustainability Advisory Team at Arcadis. She has worked with a variety of clients in the UK and globally to develop their resilience to a changing climate and assess the impacts across different sectors, including transport, infrastructure, water resources, ecology, and human health.

Sarah has spent the last eight years working with clients to assess climate-related risks in line with different disclosure requirements such as the TCFD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy and CSRD. In addition, Sarah focuses on adaptation strategy development, helping organisations to address climate-related risks and identify cost-effective adaptation solutions.

Professor Stephan Harrison, Director of Climate Change Risk Management, Professor of Climate and Environmental Change, Exeter University

Stephan Harrison is one of the UK’s leading climate scientists, specializing in climate change impacts, and is Professor of Climate and Environmental Change at Exeter University. Since 2011 he has been head of the Climate Change Expert Committee which advises the Office for Nuclear Regulation (part of the UK Health and Safety Executive) on climate change risks for all UK nuclear power sites. Stephan is Director and founder of Climate Change Risk Management (www.ccrm.co.uk) which since 2003 has provided detailed scientific advice to governments, commercial organisations and NGOs around the world.
